The answers, names, voice recordings, photos, and videos you provide to make a tribute; any contributions collected from people you invite; your email address if you buy or recover a tribute; and basic technical and usage data needed to run the service.

Only to produce, host, deliver, secure, and improve your tributes. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your recordings or media to train models beyond what is needed to create your specific tribute.

We use trusted service providers to run Ayodun — for AI generation, payment processing, hosting and storage, and email delivery. They process your data only to provide those services to us. We may disclose information if required by law.

When you invite people to add a voice or video, their recording is used only in the tribute it was added to, and only with the consent they give when they submit it.

We keep your tributes and the media behind them so you can find and re-share them. You can delete a tribute from your vault at any time, and you can ask us to remove your personal data entirely. Contact us to make a request.

Ayodun is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data. Tributes may honour children, but the account holder must be an adult.
