By creating, previewing, purchasing, or sharing a tribute, you agree to these Terms. If you use Ayodun on behalf of others, you confirm you have their permission to do so.

Ayodun turns answers, names, photos, video, and voice recordings you provide into a produced tribute video. Tributes are generated with the help of AI. We aim to pronounce names correctly and will not knowingly deliver a tribute that says a name wrong.

You keep ownership of everything you provide. You grant us the licence needed to store, process, produce, host, and deliver your tribute, and to let you and your recipients view and share it. You confirm you have the right to use every voice, photo, and video you upload — including contributions collected from other people, who must consent to being included.

Ayodun is for celebration and honour. You agree not to use it to harass, defame, threaten, impersonate, or infringe anyone's rights, or to create unlawful, hateful, or sexually explicit content. We may decline, pause, or remove any tribute that breaks these Terms.

Previews are free. Paid tributes are charged at the price shown at checkout, processed by our payment provider. Because each tribute is produced to order, we handle refunds case by case — if a tribute isn't right, contact us and we'll make it right.

The Ayodun name, brand, site, and software are ours. Your finished tribute is yours to keep, share, and enjoy for personal, non-commercial use.

Ayodun is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the tribute in question.
